I start wasting my time again

I start wasting my time again In everyone’s life, we may find out that there are some kind of wastes wherever you go it can be food or money maybe feeling and emotions or “TIME” knowing that some times put us under some stress but we don’t know how not to do that, wasting is happening based on our life routines and habits, For me when it comes to food I eat everything on my plate and I throw only expired food and don’t cook every day, about MONEY I don’t spend much I put everything I need on different lists and prioritize them according to my need at that time, I’m good at making lists, now FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS, I don’t like to be attached to people unless they are attached to me and have the same kind of feelings if they care I care if they don’t I don’t ( there always some people you would care for no matter what they do to you or where they go), it really doesn’t bother me to spend   most my time by myself, I like being alone for some time, but don’t get wrong I would be gl...

WHY AM I STRUGGLING WITH MY DAILY ROUTINE

I always had day in my life when I am my best I wake up early ready to go to work have my gym schedule clean the dishes, cook my food and my agenda is on time, and there is also me the one who’s never on time wake up at 11am I missed my lessons and late for work, sometimes I stop cooking and I eat whatever I find in the fridge, the room is a mess I’m a mess everything around me is a mess. And I think that I’m not the only one suffering from this, actually a lot of people have this kind of problems if not most of them, these might be a relief when you see that you are not the only one who has this kind of mess in your life, but the question is   does it help? SIMPLE LIFESTYLE

It’s when your lifestyle is based on what you need more than what you want, is the meaning of satisfaction by what already have and the ability to let go of what you don’t need in your life, of course, you can keep sentimental valuable things but you need to really ask yourself do they really have that value???? What will happen if I through they away?? Do they give me joy? Or happiness?? Is it a life changer for me? HOW TO GET TO YOUR GOALS

For me to go there to your goals even if it an only the first step, you need to know what you want to do in your life you must know who you are what you can and what you can’t do to be there you need to study yourself first. Ask your self some questions in front of the mirror, Who are you? not to know your name but what this guy stands for and what does he   want from life what is it that he desires the most what is his passion. Are you sure you wanna do that?? Are you capable of doing that?? so what stopping you?  go do your thing dude. You can’t do that?   why? what are you missing?? Can’t you evolve to the person who can do that?? Of course you can, you just need to move and change something in yourself read a books watch videos on youtube ask google, to make that change ask a friend, somebody, anybody can help you out telling you something agree with you on something supports you a lot of stuff can happen when to go out your comfort zone....

I BURNED OUT ONCE

What is burnout? Last year after graduation and the discussion of my thesis, I felt this kind of exhaustion for a long period of time, I slept days and nights I wasn’t able to do anything can’t go out stopped the gym even I wasn’t interested in movies I just wanted to rest as much as I could, it was really something huh? Everything happened because of my researches, I had this problem about how to produce bioelectricity from bacteria and treating wast water at the same time, between running from bibliography to lab work and experimenting all day long for many times and some problems with my tutor believe me it wasn’t an easy task with the period of time I had planned. Is this really   a burnout ??? After some time I start having my strength back but still, my behavior didn’t change what’s wrong with me? struggling with sleep

I always struggle with sleeping for a long period I like though don't get me wrong I like sleeping late watching movies animes series but when it comes to waking up I suffer my brain can't tolerate the short time of rest I'm taking 2h or 3 the most when I have work to do in the morning If I'm free for the day I also suffer from that headache for sleeping more than 10 hours. how I organize my time ?? easy work really hard like it's a punishment for those wasting all those hours on movies a very busy day from 8 am to 10 pm until I can't lift my hand hhhhhh no pain no gain hhhhhh. that's how I gain my sleep back (those days I sleep more than 8hours at night and it feels like heaven).
