WHY AM I STRUGGLING WITH MY DAILY ROUTINE




I always had day in my life when I am my best I wake up early ready to go to work have my gym schedule clean the dishes, cook my food and my agenda is on time, and there is also me the one who’s never on time wake up at 11am I missed my lessons and late for work, sometimes I stop cooking and I eat whatever I find in the fridge, the room is a mess I’m a mess everything around me is a mess.
And I think that I’m not the only one suffering from this, actually a lot of people have this kind of problems if not most of them, these might be a relief when you see that you are not the only one who has this kind of mess in your life, but the question is  does it help?
Of course not, and I am talking from my experience when I was a kid   my high school university, writing my Master's degree thesis, last period of searching for a job.
Bad choices in the past
As I see how things went in the past I know now that I had other choices to make, for example, the summer when I had my license diploma I went out looking for a job as in hospitals, in laboratories, industries, Mills, but due to my lack of experience I had none, I could go for an internship and try again I might be lucky the second time, but I didn’t I chose to continue studying even I didn’t like at the beginning thinking this is the only choice has left.
So thinking the way that we have one choice makes us stuck in with regrets, stuck with a job we don’t like, a bad relationship, crazy family,  bad choices in general which doesn’t bring out the best in us. Now I know that no matter what the situation I’m in I can make the right decision I just need to look at different sides. Ok what I want to say I hated those days even it was a good chance to learn more but I didn’t use it well and that as I said I wasn’t serious about it I wasn’t studying often didn’t care  I was sleeping all day and most of the week that how it started
-Do what you love and suits your life.
If you are doing something you don’t like? change it now.
If it’s hard at the moment learn from it as much you can then change it.

I’m really happy now that I have a master degree it’s will open a great number of opportunities in my way lucky me ;).

    Living in a mess always a problem

About how the mess affects our life and daily routine, look at this, sometimes it’s my turn to make lunch and diner because I don't live alone and  if I miss that I have to buy fast food and it’s not good, my father hates it, I hate it and then he starts nagging on my head all day, it makes my day worse his day also he may get sick cause he has some stomach problems, I may forget stuff to do or interrupt my writing my training my sleep and we may even fight and ending up wasting a whole day and the same with the dishes.
I think it’s clear now and you also have your own mess, so in the morning you may need to try to make your schedule  less messy at least and start with things you have to do and things that may affect other people’s lives.
Sometimes some people don’t know how to organize things they can clean  they are strong but the organization isn’t their strong point YouTube is you solution YouTubers  show how  to do that all time  house organization routine organization life books work place just go there and try 4 or 5 things and change them as you like eventually you will make a better one for yourself.
If your mess is about so many problems in different parts of your life try facing each one at a time and sure you can ask for help that what family friends are for you can even ask strangers there are good people everywhere you can count on know you are not alone.

 the mess is not good for your life to learn how to organize your room and your house, your life. Use to-do list task apps you can learn how to create systems to organize anything from work to food to entertainment to your lifestyle.

Distraction
I always try to workout at home and I get distracted every time by basically everything I may play with my little sister or clean my desk, I may go make a sandwich or let’s get some sleep or social media time especially these days of confinement.
Distraction is usually the main reason not to stay consistent on your daily routine, we are creatures easily distracted sometimes is just our mined resisting what we are doing it’s natural so we need to fight back until it’s that resistance kept getting out of our way we need determination and motivation and a good reason with a way to trick the mind into letting me workout the day I want.  
This is how I managed to start
Last two weeks I spent them telling myself “tomorrow I will definitely workout” but it didn’t happen till today, today I was planning to write and share this article with you guys and that when the trick came into my head, I decided not to share it until I train knowing that this article is so important to me.
Even I had a good reason to workout I kept screwing around all the time the reason is  I’m getting fat and I hate that, even I love working out, but nothing happens I needed the trick.

A trick won’t work without determination – motivation – reason to change your situation.

I start wasting my time again

I start wasting my time again In everyone’s life, we may find out that there are some kind of wastes wherever you go it can be food or money maybe feeling and emotions or “TIME” knowing that some times put us under some stress but we don’t know how not to do that, wasting is happening based on our life routines and habits, For me when it comes to food I eat everything on my plate and I throw only expired food and don’t cook every day, about MONEY I don’t spend much I put everything I need on different lists and prioritize them according to my need at that time, I’m good at making lists, now FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS, I don’t like to be attached to people unless they are attached to me and have the same kind of feelings if they care I care if they don’t I don’t ( there always some people you would care for no matter what they do to you or where they go), it really doesn’t bother me to spend   most my time by myself, I like being alone for some time, but don’t get wrong I would be gl...
