“Empty your cup so that it may be filled, become devoid
to gain totality”
-
Bruce lee -
If you ask me about myself
I would probably repeat most of what I wrote on my bio and then I would stop talking
I don’t know I never thought about it more than that until I star facing new things and new situations and new people which
I reacted differently than I was expecting.
This is a big deal for
me and it should be either I like it or not I’m not saying that I don’t remember
what I do or my life I’ talking about the way I see myself that isn’t right.
I remember telling my friend that if you want to see things right you should get out of yourself then
see the whole picture, I don’t do that anymore and this is a mistake I think.
This is an important thing
to go through in your life, here you will find out who you really are, what you
love and what you want to do now and in the future, your dreams, you will be
able to control your feeling and emotions, most of all your weaknesses and strengths.
You will know the things that define a person. Age and how much money doesn’t.
“Become devoid to gain totality”
This is a good way to
learn more about anything actually, by taking out everything you think you know
and start all over again.
As much as easy as it looks, believe it’s not, because
during this experience you are going to face YOU, you will see everything you
do think of like filming your life and watching it more than once, this means
that you will see yourself doing your bad habits, good things you will be angry
and disappointed ashamed maybe some times you will be proud happy you will see everything
you do.
I really hate doing it,
it is exhausting your ego will come and interrupts you most of the time of
course I liked the old me and get used to it.
Just try to be open-minded and accept what you see and who you are the fast you do it the fast and
better you get at this experience. At least that’s not what you want to for the
rest of your life.
Once you are feeling
good with these changes you will get to know your real potential in life what you
are able to do and what you are not, this will impress you we all know that
life is so hard that can beat you down until you think you can’t stand up on your
feet but you will get to know how tough you are and that you can do what you
want.
For me, I started this
habit of going through my day before I go to sleep which is not helping me
getting much rest I can’t sleep sometimes I get deep in my day then start
remembering past and everything, it keeps me thinking all night then be angry
or hate myself or sometimes happy I did some good thing I’m not that bad as a person go ask people who hate me. : P : P : P.
Being happy is good but
the question is why I’m being angry and hating myself from remembering things
from my past.
I can use some help if
you know what to do about that ???
That was the inside now I
will tell you about the Outside I mean seeing myself as a fat man who needs to
get in shape sooner before I get lost in work again which makes things harder,
so I started filming myself exercising this is what I saw
I dance a lot and I dance like a 60 years old man hhhhhhh
that was bad hhhhhhhh but when I start I concentrate on my moves, So that was
good for me actually I liked it. And I really have so much fat working on it :p.
This helped me go to
train without tricking myself into it. Bonus
;)
I’m going to keep it
this way, it helps me train often than before and
“The journey of thousand miles starts with one step”
Try answering these
questions it may help find your way.

to let go of?

die?

myself?

loved?

to remember about me at the end of my life?

think about me?

controlled the course my life has taken?

Some of these questions might make us
uncomfortable at times, but it’s important to remember they give us valuable
insight on ourselves and guide us to live in ways that bring the most
fulfillment and joy. These are questions worth asking every day.
Conclusion
Doing this makes win yourself and by that, you will win
your future it may be hard at the beginning but it’s worth it, we all want
other people to be honest with us why we don’t do the same about ourselves
first.
