Hello !!! it's me Yas
telling you my story
After graduating last year I started wondering what suits me as a job and it took me a while to make a plan, I had two things to choose between them wood making accessory and furniture or food analyzes laboratory neither of them is easy doing and both need a lot more work and learning period and much more concentration and guess what a lot of money.
I did choose to learn more about both, lucky me πππ so I started with the woodshop I wasn't lucky as I thought I get rejected at the beginning, for them I was too old to learn the job which led me to ask where else can it, they said there the vocational training center, I went there and signed inππ I'm starting to learn next Thursday. I think there is a small payment for me two wins, it's a kinda nice start. (more details the next Thursday).
About the lab, it's a little bit harder than I thought, 1st of all it's about food Physico-chemical and microbiological analyses that need a lot of materials and so many protocols and even more responsibility, law obligations.
Don't get the wrong idea I'm not quitting I'm just saying it's not easy and it's gonna take me some time to be able to do it.
even so, I have a plan right now and there it is.
- Making research on the food industry in my region(the kind of food and all agriculture Institutions and factories), I brought a list from Wilaya building the people there were so nice and kind. but there is something missing πππ they didn't mention the food all a had was the names and personal information about the factories and owners. still, I can use them.
- I brought tho official journals that contain all the protocols and materials laws needed to start a new lab, now I have hundreds of documents I have to read carefully and organize those pieces of information.
- MONEY ???? I'm gonna borrow a lot of money and how much is that?? is based on the materials and the lab configuration.
- the way of borrowing money is from ANSEJ(fr) (the National Youth Employment Support Agency) and this obliges me to invest only 2% of the whole budget, I need a job now π π .
