I always struggle with sleeping for a long period I like though don't get me wrong I like sleeping late watching movies animes series but when it comes to waking up I suffer my brain can't tolerate the short time of rest I'm taking 2h or 3 the most when I have work to do in the morning If I'm free for the day I also suffer from that headache for sleeping more than 10 hours. how I organize my time ?? easy work really hard like it's a punishment for those wasting all those hours on movies a very busy day from 8 am to 10 pm until I can't lift my hand hhhhhh no pain no gain hhhhhh. that's how I gain my sleep back (those days I sleep more than 8hours at night and it feels like heaven).
