SIMPLE LIFESTYLE

It’s when your lifestyle is based on what you need more than what you want, is the meaning of satisfaction by what already have and the ability to let go of what you don’t need in your life, of course, you can keep sentimental valuable things but you need to really ask yourself do they really have that value???? What will happen if I through they away?? Do they give me joy? Or happiness?? Is it a life changer for me? It’s not only about your stuff and decluttering it also about your life your relationships, your work your food your workouts, but it’s also about all of you making your life simple and easy to help you do what you want and free you from mess and distraction.     Why do a simple lifestyle?           One of the steps I mentioned last time were organize your life so you don’ fall into the mess and distraction, and I think this is a great idea   to make everything simple even we know our lives are so complicate...

HOW TO GET TO YOUR GOALS

For me to go there to your goals even if it an only the first step, you need to know what you want to do in your life you must know who you are what you can and what you can’t do to be there you need to study yourself first. Ask your self some questions in front of the mirror, Who are you? not to know your name but what this guy stands for and what does he   want from life what is it that he desires the most what is his passion. Are you sure you wanna do that?? Are you capable of doing that?? so what stopping you?  go do your thing dude. You can’t do that?   why? what are you missing?? Can’t you evolve to the person who can do that?? Of course you can, you just need to move and change something in yourself read a books watch videos on youtube ask google, to make that change ask a friend, somebody, anybody can help you out telling you something agree with you on something supports you a lot of stuff can happen when to go out your comfort zone....

I BURNED OUT ONCE

What is burnout? Last year after graduation and the discussion of my thesis, I felt this kind of exhaustion for a long period of time, I slept days and nights I wasn’t able to do anything can’t go out stopped the gym even I wasn’t interested in movies I just wanted to rest as much as I could, it was really something huh? Everything happened because of my researches, I had this problem about how to produce bioelectricity from bacteria and treating wast water at the same time, between running from bibliography to lab work and experimenting all day long for many times and some problems with my tutor believe me it wasn’t an easy task with the period of time I had planned. Is this really   a burnout ??? After some time I start having my strength back but still, my behavior didn’t change what’s wrong with me?
